Permission for Festivals & Friendlies

Permission from ESSDA is required to play a non scheduled fixture during the ESSDA season - even if you are re-arranging because of a free week or because scheduled opposition is not available.

Permission of the East of Scotland Soccer Development Association is required before participating in any Tournament or Friendly match.
Permission is also required to be obtained from the Scottish Youth Football Association for games against non member clubs.

  Complete the ESSDA Form on line and avoid posting.

The SYFA form can be obtained from their website -  http://www.syfaregistrations.co.uk/friendly-match/login/

Without properly authorised permission, your club insurance may not be valid.
